Refunds & Exchanges:

• We only offer refunds or exchanges if your product is defective or incorrect. 😔
• If something’s wrong, please send us a picture within 24 hours of receiving your order so we can fix it right away! 📸💕

Non-Refundable Items:

• All our fabulous items are non-refundable unless they’re defective or incorrect. So be sure to double-check your order, because we want you to be 100% happy with your Deolinda products! 🌟

How to Request a Return or Exchange:

1. Reach out to us at ayour.businesss@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the product within 24 hours of receiving it. 📸
2. Once we verify, we’ll get things sorted and either send you a replacement or process a refund! 🛍️✨

Shipping Fees:
